Shipping Policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
We value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-25 business days from the date that it is placed.
Currently, we are not able to provide international delivery services to the following countries or regions Countries in Africa, Countries in Asia If you use direct calculation of shipping cost: We will directly calculate the shipping cost of your order, and you will see it at checkout.
It normally takes 3 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included. It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.
Shipment takes approximately 7 to 15 business days to reach destination countries.
Please contact us within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
RETURN POLICY
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received,please contact Us within 7 days after receiving them to initiate the return process.
Purchased but not shipped (Cancelation):
Your order will be issued as soon as possible after your purchase, so you will be charged a 5% processing fee.
Shipped and returned:
For loss and return due to other reasons such as security check, lost transportation, sending to the wrong address, etc., we provide a full refund unconditionally.
For products returned by customers due to insufficient address, incorrect address, undeliverable address, unable to contact the customer, etc., the product is returned. If the customer needs a refund, will be charged a 5% process fee and shipping costs.
Has been delivered (Unused):
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the unused product(s).
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
And you may will be charged up to 20% restocking fee. (this is withheld from refund)
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Return Process
Please Contact Uson our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems.
After receiving return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
Drop off your package at the local post office.
After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns, we could expedite your refund/exchange. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
